SENRA Axiom uses a subscription entitlement flag tied to Stripe lifecycle events. Launch plan: SENRA Early Access at $19/month (display pricing; the configured recurring Stripe Price must match at go-live).

What SENRA Early Access unlocks
- Extended time scope controls beyond 7 days on Dashboard, Review, and Analysis.
- Longer-history visibility into estimated discipline cost and recurring violation rows over prior windows.
- Coach Access invitation flow for traders working with an independent coach.
- Free tier remains available with the 7-day scope.
7d vs extended scope
If your account does not have an active Early Access subscription, scope requests beyond 7d are redirected back to 7d. When Early Access is active, extended ranges become selectable across core analysis surfaces.
How access is granted or removed
- Checkout completion starts subscription entitlement evaluation.
- Access is then kept in sync through Stripe subscription and invoice webhook events.
- States like active and trialing keep Early Access active. Past_due typically remains active while recovery is in progress.
- Terminal states such as canceled, unpaid, incomplete, or paused remove Early Access.
- Final access state follows the latest Stripe subscription lifecycle state we receive.
Cancel or manage billing
Use Manage billing on the in-app Billing page when you have an active Stripe customer. For other changes, contact our support team from your account email.
Include your account email and request type (cancel, card update, billing question). Typical first response target: within one business day.
