Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and related services offered by SENRA Axiom (“SENRA Axiom”, “we”, “us”, “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). SENRA Axiom is operated from Canada.

By creating an account, signing in, importing data, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This is starter legal copy prepared for founder and legal review. It does not state that legal counsel has approved these Terms or that they are sufficient for your situation.

Nature of the Services

SENRA Axiom provides software tools to review, organize, and analyze trading-related information you provide or import, including features that help you reflect on execution, rules, and discipline. The Services are offered for informational and record-keeping purposes as between you and your own trading activity.

THE SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. NOTHING IN THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY SECURITY, DERIVATIVE, DIGITAL ASSET, OR OTHER INSTRUMENT, OR TO ADOPT ANY TRADING STRATEGY OR POSITION SIZE.

THE SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE TRADING SIGNALS. THE SERVICES DO NOT PREDICT PRICES, MARKET MOVEMENTS, OR OUTCOMES. ANY STATISTICS, PATTERNS, OR SUMMARIES DISPLAYED ARE DERIVED FROM YOUR OWN RECORDED OR IMPORTED DATA AND ARE FOR YOUR PERSONAL REVIEW ONLY.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any feature of the Services is appropriate for you. You may wish to consult qualified professionals independent of SENRA Axiom before making financial or trading decisions.

Trading risk; your responsibility

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Markets can move against positions quickly. Past results, even if reflected in the Services, do not guarantee future performance or that similar results will recur.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRADING AND INVESTMENT DECISIONS AND FOR ANY LOSSES YOU INCUR. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT THE SERVICES DO NOT INSURE OR PROTECT YOU AGAINST LOSSES.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENRA Axiom and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or reliance on any information displayed in the Services, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of those jurisdictions.

No guarantee of profit or improvement

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your objectives. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will improve your discipline, profitability, risk management, or trading results in any way.

Account and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You may not share your account in a way that violates these Terms or compromises security.

You must not misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with infrastructure, using the Services to violate law, harass others, upload malware, or process data you are not entitled to use.

Your data and imports

You represent that you have the rights necessary to import or connect the data you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of imported information and for complying with agreements between you and any broker, exchange, or platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or law have been violated.

Import limitations and skipped rows

Broker files, CSV files, and other imported records may be incomplete, partial, malformed, unsupported, or contain rows that are skipped, rejected, or normalized differently by the Service. Import results depend on the information provided in the file and the format used by the broker, platform, or user. You are responsible for reviewing imported trades, skipped rows, timestamps, quantities, fees, commissions, prices, and profit/loss information before relying on any analysis. SENRA Axiom does not guarantee that every row, field, broker format, fee, commission, timestamp, or trade detail will be imported, interpreted, or displayed perfectly. Analysis may be limited, unavailable, or less accurate when data is missing, partial, inconsistent, or invalid.

Fees and payment processing

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment processor. Fees, renewal, and cancellation are described at the point of purchase and in related help materials. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by SENRA Axiom or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks beyond what is necessary to use the Services as offered.

You retain ownership of data you submit, subject to the license we need to operate the Services for you as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and location

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws.

You agree to bring claims related to these Terms only in the courts located in Quebec, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will indicate an updated “Last updated” date when we publish a new version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
